We endeavour to ensure that all orders placed before 13:00pm GMT on a working day are dispatched upon the same day, however this will not always be possible. Ordinarily you will receive your order within 5-7 working days. Please note that we cannot not guarantee the delivery timeframe of any order placed. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of an order. Should you have not received your order within 28 days of placing it, you may contact us quoting your order number. The Company will then provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe or if this is not suitable a full refund.
When you have received your delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods that have been received. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage during transit unless you the have informed us by contacting us on 01564703018 or emailing email@example.com we will the request confirmation in writing and may ask for proof of damage by providng two photos within 2 working days. We reserve the right to either dispatch a replacement(s) or missing item(s), or to provide a refund for the item(s) damaged or missing. Should an item be damaged, the Company may wish to arrange for the damaged item(s) to be collected or require that you dispose of the item(s), or alternatively we will request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection, the cost of which we will reimburse. Should we wish to collect damaged item(s), you must ensure that they are available for collection and in their delivered condition.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for consequential loss or damage arising from the damage or loss of an order during transit.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are applied during the checkout process of the website dependent upon the items purchased. Free Delivery is not available on heavier items which must be sent by courier to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. This is due to couriers passing additional charges to these areas. We are unable to send palletised items large to these locations our delivery companies define as "out of area."
Pallet delivery Instructions:
Some of our larger Items that we sell cannot be sent by our usual couriers and must be sent on a palletised delivery service.
When purchasing a large pallet product from us, please ensure you leave a contact telephone number as we will call you to arrange the delivery date.
Our pallet couriers cannot specify a time of day that your delivery will reach you, so you will need somebody at home all day to receive it. Only a kerbside delivery is offered, the delivery drivers will get the pallet off their truck but cannot help carry it into your property. Depending on the size of the tank or other product, we may advise that you have friends or neighbours standing by to help you carry it indoors. Some of the aquariums we stock are very heavy and cumbersome and as such will need more than one or even two people to carry.
Please also note that pallet deliveries can only be arranged for Monday - Friday.
You will receive an automated email following your purchase saying that your order has been dispatched, but please await our call before arranging any time off work or making plans to receive the delivery. Our customer service team will explain the process and arrange with you a suitable delivery date.
